Our Automated Bar Return System offers grinding companies the ultimate in flexibility. With this system, bars can be collected after the first grinding pass, and returned to the infeed side for a second pass, without having to physically offload the bars. This system also offers our versatile single-point adjustment for bar size.

The powered “V”-rollers drive the bars from the outfeed table back to the infeed side automatically, allowing the operator to concentrate more on quality. Less material handling means less chance for damage and loss. Used in conjunction with our EZ-DOWN® Cradle Strap System, the Bar Return will give you the ultimate in agile production capability.
